Conference program

We are excited to announce that the Conference Program is now finalised! Last update: 4 June 2026
Symposium Session Guidelines

General symposium guidelines:

  • Symposia bring together a coherent collection of papers addressing related topics for collective discussion. Each symposium session is moderated by a chair and typically includes 3–4 presenters and one discussant representing at least three different countries.
  • Each symposium is scheduled for 90 minutes. In general, this allows approximately 12–15 minutes for each presentation (for example, a 12‑minute presentation followed by 3 minutes for questions), 15 minutes for the discussant’s comments, and an additional 15 minutes for open discussion.
  • Symposium organizers may also choose to incorporate discussion periods immediately after each presentation rather than reserving a separate discussion segment at the end.

Please read the full symposium guidelines.

Paper Sessions Guidelines

General paper guidelines:
Paper sessions consist of oral presentations featuring up to four papers connected by a common theme. Each session lasts 90 minutes and is coordinated by the designated session chair. To help sessions run smoothly and on time, we recommend the following structure, which may be adjusted as needed:

  • Sessions with 4 papers: each presenter should speak for 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of questions.
  • Sessions with 3 papers: each presenter may speak for 20 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of questions.

Please read the full paper guidelines.

Poster Session Guidelines

General poster guidelines:

  • The poster session will take place on all the days of the conference (22-24 June), from 16:10 to 17:10 and will be coordinated by the designated session chair. Posters will be organized into 4-5 parallel sessions, each featuring up seven posters grouped according to related themes.
  • Each session will begin with brief poster pitches of up to 3 minutes per presenter, during which authors will introduce the topic and key findings of their work. Following these short presentations, participants will have the opportunity to move around the room, engage with presenters, ask questions, and discuss the posters in greater detail.
  • Materials for mounting posters on the boards or walls will be available on site.

Please read the full poster guidelines.
