All presenting authors of accepted papers, as well as all participants in accepted sessions—including contributing authors, session chairs, and discussants—must complete their registration by April 12.

Presenting authors are expected to attend the conference and be present during their scheduled sessions.

The early bird registration deadline is April 19 2026.

Participants may add extra / optional services to their registration by selecting them in the registration page. The following services are available:
– Conference dinner;
– Poster printing service;
– Summer school registration.

After completion of the form, you will be redirected to a secure link enabling payment of the applicable registration fee by credit card.

Should you wish to pay by bank transfer, please follow these instructions: Please state the booking reference “ICM2026” as well as your proposal ID/your Name in the purpose of payment. Otherwise the incoming payment cannot be allocated.
