All presenting authors of accepted papers, as well as all participants in accepted sessions—including contributing authors, session chairs, and discussants—must complete their registration by the author registration deadline of 20 March 2026. Presenting authors are expected to attend the conference and be present during their scheduled sessions.

The early bird registration deadline is 31 March 2026.

As part of the registration process, you will be asked to indicate whether you plan to attend the free Welcome Event on the evening of Monday, 22 June 2026, the first day of the conference.
